When will my items be delivered

Delivery times vary depending on whether items are in stock, have to be ordered or are special order.

We carry a large range of small items, such as taps, in stock and these can be shipped for delivery with 2 days
We aim to deliver the majority of our items within 7 days of order.

For small orders and most medium sized orders you will receive an email letting you know when the items will arrive. For larger orders we will call to confirm when the delivery is expected to be made

How will my order be packaged?

Small items are delivered in a padded envelope or small box and delivered to your door during the hours of 9:00am to to 5pm by a courier service. Medium items are delivered on a pallet or suitably boxed. You will receive a telephone call to arrange a suitable delivery date.

By small items we usually include taps, shower systems, bathroom accessories and towel rails.
By medium items we mean toilets and basins, baths, shower cubicles and any combination of that results in us having to ship by Pallet or across multiple boxes

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary due to a number of factors. During the checkout process you will be asked for a suitable delivery charge. If you are not sure then please call or place the order and we will call to let you know the appropriate charge. Your credit card will not be debited until we have communicated this charge.
